Theotokos of Vladimir is a medieval Byzantine icon of the Virgin and Child. It has been said that Grand Prince Andrey of Vladimir-Suzdal took over Kiev in 1169, taking many of the religious icons, including that of a Byzantine "Mother of God" icon which was transferred to the city of Vladimir. The Theotokos is regarded as the holy protectress of Russia. The icon is said to have come from Constantinople originally and is now displayed at the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, Russia in a functioning church on the grounds of the museum.

Her feast day is June 23rd by old calendar and July 6th by new calendar.

According to the art historian David Talbot Rice, the icon is "...admitted by all who have seen it to be one of the most outstanding religious paintings in the world."
