Here's everything you need to know about how we get our products from our warehouse in New York straight to your doorstep:

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150.00, exclusive to the continental USA.
  • For orders under $150.00, we have a straightforward flat shipping rate of $10.00, again, within the continental USA.
  • We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, selecting the best method based on your location and what you've ordered. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • Handling Time: We get orders ready within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time varies, depending on where you are and what you've bought. Larger orders might take a bit more time to ship.

 International Orders:

  • Shipping costs for orders outside the USA are calculated based on the delivery address. After weighing your order, we'll send you an invoice for the exact shipping cost.
  • Please note, international customers are responsible for all customs duties, broker fees, and any other charges incurred, payable via cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
  • Any complications with customs, refused shipments, wrong addresses, or delays will be the customer's responsibility to resolve.

Order Changes:

  • We work fast to get your orders out, but there's still a small window for changes. If your order hasn't shipped yet and you need to make a change, give our customer service team a call at 1-800-531-1037.
  • If we can't ship an item you've ordered, we'll refund you for the item.
