The marble cheese slicer will help you quickly cut the cheese into slices or cubes. Easily cuts all types of cheese, from soft to hard, to desired thickness. Place the block of cheese on the slicer base with the wire in the upright position. Lower the wire with a slow, firm pressure to slice. For cutting cheese sticks, rotate the slices a 1-quarter turn and slice again. Rotate again to slice the sticks into cubes.
